How to nurture myself, myself Spirit
One of the duties of Price Wei-hui`s cook was to slaughter cattle for the royal table. When he performed this task, all his movements were harmonious, like a dance. The prince was amazed and asked his servant how he was able to do such heavy work so effortlessly. The cook explained, ''That your servant loves is the Tao, Which I have applied to the skill of carrying. I work with my mind, and not with my eyes. In this way the toughest acts yielded easily before his skill. I had learned how to nurture his spirit while maintaining his livelihood.
